About Sabine
Sabine Combrie - PT, CST-T, MKDE (France)
Sabine has been a physical therapist for over 25 years and has trained in Osteopathy and Sophrology for over 20 years. Having moved to the US with her family 14 years ago, she is a double board-certified Physical Therapist in France and the US.
Sabine is certified in Sports Physical Therapy at INSEP (the French National Sports Institute) where many Olympic athletes have trained.
At the start of her career, she followed a regional tennis team, and was the provisional French National Track and Field team PT, while working at the Sports Clinic of Paris, where she worked closely with world known orthopedic surgeons.
Sabine is specialized in Sophrology, a mind body-oriented technique, which aims to facilitate the relationship between the mind and the body, in order to release the patient of pain or other discomforts. She has also trained in Osteopathy, and Cranio Sacral Therapy in order to gain a more integrative approach of human body treatments. She has trained with well-known Osteopathic mentors in France and the US.

Sabine is also a trained TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction)
Specialist, having trained at the largest stomatology (oral medicine) department of Paris.
As a mom of 3 children, Sabine took up a special interest in pediatrics and has been working for the last 5 years in a highly specialized pediatrics setting. She is a part of a pain management program for pediatric chronic pain, using Osteopathy, Sophrology, as well as Physical Therapy techniques in an Integrative approach to solving chronic pain. Sabine has also been practicing pulmonary rehabilitation in adults and children, which is highly specific for French Physical Therapists.
Being a member of a pain management team has given Sabine the opportunity to work and exchange knowledge and techniques as well as working as a team with diverse therapists such as psychotherapists, art therapists, music therapists, and acupuncturists.
Studying Cranio Sacral therapy as well as Somato Emotional release helps Sabine to enhance her Osteopathic and Sophrology skills.

It is this array of skills acquired throughout her 25-year career that Sabine hopes to use in order to better treat patients and make sure that no matter what, everyone stays healthy, through comprehensive injury prevention, and an understanding of various medical techniques.

Sabine Combrie started Integrative Touch with the primary goal of bringing her vast array of knowledge together in order to better treat patients and lead them to lead healthier lives. Integrative Touch is about finding what is right for each patient, as well as finding the root behind any problem. It is a holistic approach to traditional treatments, by taking a personalized approach towards each patient, using various techniques in an integrative way.
